Course description:
This program will teach the students how to develop, manage and operate hotels and restaurants in a variety of locations. Careers include casino manager, catering manager, club manager, conference and events manager, hotel and restaurant marketing, hotel or resort manager and restaurant and functions supervisor.
Entry requirements:
Singapore students should have GCE ‘A’ level with score of 6 points out of a maximum of three subjects. (A = 5 pts; B = 4 pts; C = 3 pts; D = 2 pts; E = 1 pt) E.g. Grades A, D, E have a score of 8 points. Students who do not meet the above aggregate score will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for conditional enrollment.
Application details:
Students should submit their application form to JCU Singapore Admissions Office together with the following items: application fee of SGD$32.10; translated and notarised academic transcripts; proof of English language proficiency, certified true copies of IELTS/TOEFL or proof of English medium education; and copy of passport for verification of identity. If documentation is not in English, an official certified translation must be included.
