Course description:
This course is an introduction to the basic techniques and skills in sculpture. The projects enable the students to learn hands-on skills of carving and modelling in sculpture. The essential components of this course include various construction methods and fabrication processes like wire armature construction and mould making techniques. The students will acquire basic sculptural visual language of form and space through these practices.
