Course description:
This course is designed to suit the needs of those seeking FICS accreditation in the area of assessment provision. This course will provide participants with the skills, knowledge and competencies to plan and organise assessment, develop tools, conduct the assessment, and to participate in assessment validation based on FICS framework. The 4-day curriculum is designed based on a blended learning approach encompassing classroom learning, practice sessions and self-study. An overview of the curriculum is provided below: Plan Assessment, Develop Assessment, Conduct Assessment and Validate Assessment. Preparation of validation report, completed checklists: pre-assessment checklist, self-assessment checklist, assessment resources checklist, candidate/observer completed checklists ,assessment plan, methods, tools and clear instructions for the assessor including types and forms of evidence (to be completed within 1 month from last day of class). A Certificate of Attainment endorsed by WDA and IBF will be issued to the participant upon successful completion of the Final Exam.
