Course description:
This course is designed to provide participants with an overview of the curriculum development process and the skills and knowledge in identifying training needs and designing in-house training programmes. The following areas will be covered: needs and problem analysis, job analysis, Task Analysis, Writing Skills Standards, Assessment Scheme, Design Course, Instructional Materials Development, Training Implementation, Course Evaluation and Assessment. Participants will be awarded with the Industry Trainer Module Certificate if they satisfy at least 75 per cent of the attendance and pass the assessment at the end of the course.
Entry requirements:
Participants should preferably have an English competency level of at least GCE 'O' level C6.
