Course description:
The English language program include the award of a Diploma from City and Guilds United Kingdom in: Basic ESOL (International English for Speakers of Other Language), Intermediate ESOL, Advanced ESOL. With the Diploma, students will be find it easier to apply to foreign universities which need certification of the students ability in spoken and written English.
Entry requirements:
Entry Requirements for Diploma courses are: Minimum of GCE “O” Level with 4 credits and 1 pass. Applicants who do not have an “O” Level pass but with experience or artistic and design talents are required to attend an interview and /or present their portfolio. The minimum entry requirement for international students is the equivalent of a High School Certificate from their respective home country. Each student will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Relevant qualifications include: Country – minimum qualification, Indonesia - Completed Senior High School and passed the National Final Evaluation Examination (SMA or SMU EBTANAS), Malaysia - Sijril Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM); Sijil Pelajaran Vokasional (SPMV); Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan (STPM); People’s Republic of China - Senior Middle School Leaving Certificate.
Application details:
Students must pay an application fee of SG$500 to the Cavalry School of Management and Design Pte Ltd. SG$200 will be refunded upon commencement of course.
