Course description:
This program will enable the project managers to grasp the fundamentals of effective communication. The program will be highly interactive and will employ a mix of case studies, group discussions and role plays to reinforce concepts. Students will be able to effectively deliver on the different aspects of project communications management by: understanding the different models of Communication and how they can be applied to step change effectiveness; understanding personal communication styles and the impact on key stakeholders; developing effective written communication style and convey with impact; winning presentation skills and to develop a personal action plan to apply the concepts to real life work situations.
