A Brief Summary on SMUSingapore Management University

- Undergraduate Degree

Its a nice overall experience. One most important advice I could give to future students is to be prepared for classes because the professors will be going through the assigned readings in class.
The selection process and gaining admission was easy because I was an A level graduate. The selection process is rigourous but generally people who do get decent scores can get in.
There are plenty of scholarships at SMU. You can get all information from the website. The Singapore Government generally gives out student grants. But that entails working 3 years for Singapore.
I study about 36 hours a week. Lecturers are highly qualified and friendly and the course is definitely value for money.
There are not many facilities in SMU since it is a city campus. No field, no basketball court. I stay at home because my family is here. Getting around is easy on the MRT and buses.
Job prospects are bright in Singapore. A degree from Singapore can generally land you a job anywhere. Will keep in touch with friends definitely.
If you are studying right now or you have completed your studies, then help future students by sharing your experiences.
